Aleksandr Lukashenko: The work of state statistics employees remains the foundation for strategic planning
President of Belarus, Chairman of the Belarusian People’s Congress Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated workers and veterans of the country’s state statistics bodies on the 105th anniversary of the founding of these bodies and on their professional holiday – State Statistics Workers’ Day.
“Your work has always been and continues to be the foundation for strategic planning and determination of key areas of state policy as well as the guarantee of the reliability and transparency of all the information flows in the country,” the head of state said. “Thanks to your work we receive the accurate and objective data we need to implement social and economic initiatives and improve the quality of life of Belarusians.”
The president expressed special gratitude to veteran statisticians who pass on their knowledge and invaluable experience to the younger generation.
“I am convinced that your worker collective will continue to meet the highest standards, keeping up the traditions of honesty and dedication to your work. I wish you good health, endless energy, and new professional achievements for the benefit of the Republic of Belarus,” Aleksandr Lukashenko noted.
